1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cp33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://cp33.pro ("the Platform"). 3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with cp33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name or different names, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cp33 reserves the right to close all accounts held by an individual found to be operating multiple accounts and to void all associated wagers, bonuses, and winnings without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cp33 username and password. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password and change it periodically; (b) never share your login credentials with any third party; (c) log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices; and (d) notify cp33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Activity. All transactions, bets, and gameplay activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility. cp33 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant by cp33. cp33 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Any remaining balance after the deduction of dormancy fees will be returned to you upon request, subject to successful identity verification.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your cp33 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements. cp33 may retain certain records related to your account in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations even after account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cp33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cp33 account within 60 seconds of successful network confirmation. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer's processing times. cp33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which cp33 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all payment methods. Current limits are published in the cashier section of your cp33 account and may be updated from time to time. Players with verified accounts may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to cp33's approval.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. cp33 reserves the right to carry out additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. 4.5 Refused Transactions. cp33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where identity verification has not been completed to cp33's satisfaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. cp33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of an individual promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the cp33 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. 6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the conduct of any game or the settlement of any bet, cp33 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No claim for winnings that result from a system error or malfunction will be upheld. cp33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Disputed Results. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet must be submitted to cp33 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. cp33's decision on all disputed outcomes is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 13 of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cp33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or cp33
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structured transactions designed to obscure the origin of funds

8.2 Limited Licence. cp33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) reverse-engineer any software used by the Platform; or (d) use the cp33 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Any dispute arising from a third-party service should be directed to that provider in the first instance.

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp33's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cp33 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments. cp33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 12.3 Termination by cp33. cp33 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) failure to complete identity verification; or (e) where continued operation of the account would expose cp33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cp33 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cp33 Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 13.3 Formal Disputes.
